HOW IT WORKS – TUXEDOS
- As the bride and groom, contact us to schedule time to review wedding apparel books and swatches to decide what tuxedo style and color works best for your wedding. Walk-ins are always welcome.
- The bride and groom will need to fill out an order form with the tuxedo color and style they have selected as well as the vest, tie, shirt and shoe selections.
- The bride and groom must provide the names of each wedding party member (this includes the groom, groomsmen, ushers, fathers, grandfathers etc.)
- A down payment of $60 or the full order amount is required to place the order. All measurements and payments are required at least 30 days before the affair.
- All gentlemen renting a tux are required to fill out a rental agreement, allowing us to retain a valid driver’s license, valid credit card, and phone number on-file.
- Tuxedo orders arrive 2-3 days before the affair date. All orders will be verified to ensure that everything is correct. We will then notify the bride and groom by telephone that the tuxedos are ready for fittings and pick-up. The Bride and groom are responsible for contacting all members in the wedding party to inform them that they tuxedos are ready for a fitting and pick-up.
All members of the wedding party are to come in and try on tuxedos in a timely manner. Please note, it is not uncommon for adjustments and the replacement of tuxedo parts. The tuxedo replacements will arrive the following day and will need to be picked up by the appropriate person.
