BRIDAL CONTRACT:


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BECAUSE UPON A SIGNATURE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW TERMS:

1. All sales are final and balances must be paid in full upon d'Anelli Bridals receiving your special order.  There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or transferred credits on any item sold at d'Anellli Bridals.

2. You have 24 hours from the time of the original purchase to cancel your ticket.  There will be $150 service charge immediately assessed. 

3. In the event that either your personal order or the bridal party's order has been placed with the manufacturer, we are at the manufacturer's terms of cancellations.  There will be no honored changes in size, style or color after 3 days on a regular order and 24 hours on a rush order under any circumstances.

4. After the order has been placed with the manufacturer you cannot add a rush to expedite the order.  The only option is to upgrade shipping from the manufacturer to d'Anelli Bridals for an additional fee.

5.  When placing a special order, please review your ticket to ensure that the style, color and size are correct.

6. Dye lots may vary and d'Anelli Bridals is not held responsible.

7. Sizes are only recommended based upon the manufacturer's size chart you are ordering from and the measurements provided.  We are not responsible for measurements not taken in our store.  Please take an active part in selecting your size as the decision in what size to order is authorized by your signature.  d'Anelli Bridals will not be held responsible for the fit of your garment should you choose a size other than our recommendation.

8. d'Anelli Bridals is not held responsible for weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, or plastic surgery. 

9. The bride or the names party's contact person will be notified upon arrival of the special ordered merchandise.  It is that persons responsibility to notify the members of the wedding party in a timely manner; as their balances are due.  The bride/contact person has one week to check merchandise over for manufacturer flaws.

10.  Garments that will be shopped will go UPS 2 Day Air and will be insured.  This will require a signature upon delivery. 

11. Alterations are a separate cost and work by appointment only.  Alterations will be needed as these garments ordered are not custom made for your measurements.  Alterations must be paid in full at the first fitting.

12. Pressing is included in the price of the garment.  If you would like it pressed more than once, there there will be an additional charge.  We will need the dress 7 - 10 days before you would like to pick it up.

13. As this garment is a special order, it requires 4 to 6 months for production.  All ships dates are approximate.  The manufacturer reserves the right to change a ship date based on their production schedule.

14. All stock merchandise is sold on an as is basis.  Cleaning and pressing are extra on sale merchandise.

15. If you are unable to pick up your dress, it is your responsibility to call and give us the name of the person picking up the garment.  Your dress will not be released to anyone without your authorization.

16. It is your responsibility to let us know all of the items that you are picking up before the wedding.  We will only pack up what you tell us is here.

17. All merchandise must be picked up within 7 days after the wedding date or it will become property of d'Anelli Bridals.


ALTERATION POLICIES:


Bridal gown alterations generally take 8-10 weeks. Since appointments fill quickly, your appointment needs to be scheduled about a month before you want your first fitting. When scheduling your alteration appointment, be sure to account for multiple fittings and the earliest date you will need to pick up the wedding gown. For example, if you are leaving town with the dress or shipping the dress you will need to account for the travel or shipping time prior to the day of the wedding.

  • If your first bridal gown alteration appointment is less than 8 weeks before you need to pick up your dress, there will be a standard rush fee of $50.
  • On average, wedding gown alterations typically run between $200 and $400. However, it can be more or less depending on the amount of work required. 
  • If after meeting with a seamstress, you decide to forgo completing the wedding gown alterations with the seamstress, there will be a $50 pinning fee.
  • The first bridal gown alteration appointment is 1 hour.  Your final fitting is 30 minutes.
  • The wedding gown alteration appointments are for alterations ONLY.  If you need to look at veils or accessories, an additional appointment is required.
  • For bridal gown alterations, it is mandatory you bring all undergarments you plan to wear on the wedding day (i.e bra, slip, shoes etc.) Appointments will need to be rescheduled if you do not have all your garments at the time of the appointment.
  • As with any appointment, it is important that you are prompt on arrival time. Wedding gown alteration appointments are booked back to back, so if you are 15 or more minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. 
  • Wedding gown alteration fees are due and payable in full at the first fitting.
Your wedding dress will not be released to anyone without your permission. If someone else is going to pick up your wedding gown from pressing or anywhere else, you MUST call and give us the name of the person and grant them permission.
  • It is your responsibility to let us know of ALL of the items that you are picking up before the wedding date. We will only pack up the items that you specify.
